Recipes: Fresh Produce = Yummy Salads
Primavera Potato Salad
Every summer it's the same story. You plant your vegetable garden and nurture it daily. Then when harvest time hits, you're asking yourself the age-old question: Why did I plant so much? As you decide what to do with it all, make sure these veggie-rich salads are at the top of the list!

Potatoes
Fresh-from-the-garden staples like new potatoes and green beans make the base for Primavera Potato Salad. Your veggies get great bursts of flavor from the tangy vinaigrette.

Sweet Corn
Get ready to add super-simple Summer Corn Salad to your regular rotation. If you're taking it for a picnic, pack the basil chiffonade separately and add just before serving.

Tomatoes
Our favorite summer veggies—zucchini, peppers and tomatoes—star in Grilled Italian Bread Salad with Basil and Feta. It's a perfect light summer lunch or serve with steaks for a feast.
